Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Lash Application Service Payment: To secure your appointment, the service must be paid in full at the time of booking. Rescheduling: Life happens, and we understand! If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours before your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensure you get the best possible service at a more convenient time. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, we offer a 30% refund. Please note that cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
